March 15, 2008 G'Day Well, spring break is here and the crack of the bat this year is joined by the sights and sounds of the "Snakes and Arrows” Rush tour starting April 11th with a stop in our neck of the woods on May 1st at the Cricket Pavilion! I can’t wait to see what changes to the set we will see as the last tour was incredible. The band was on fire every night that I was lucky enough to see them! Spageddy Lee February 1, 2008 Hello Rush Fans! We would like to thank everyone for coming out to the show at the Marquee Theatre on January 26th and especially the younger set of Rush fans that came to this all ages event! We had a great time performing "the hits" for you and are proud to help pass on the music of Rush to a new generation! We are working on a new show for you and would love to hear your thoughts. What songs would you like us to play? Send us an email with your top three picks and we will form the next show using the most requested songs. Have a great week, Spageddy Lee
January 16, 2008 G'Day A little reminder that FREEWILL "The RUSH Tribute" is packing up our gear and moving up the street to The Marquee Theatre for our next show on Saturday, January 26th. We hope everyone will come out and support us as this is a bigger venue and we will need all of our FREEWILL family there to help fill the house! We are making a special limited amount of tickets available for a two dollar discount when you visit our friends at Guitar Electronics in North Phoenix or The Headquarters in Tempe and buy your tickets there. Here is your chance to save a few bucks as the regular tickets are priced at twelve dollars. The band is personally picking up the cost as our thank you to you for supporting us over the years. We will hit the stage around 9:30 pm as there will be a few bands opening the show and we will also have some new merchandise available including ladies shirts and flex-fit hats. This is an all age’s show, so if you know of any young RUSH fans this is their chance to see the next best thing. Check www.freewill.net for additional information. See you on the 26th! Guitar Electronics The Headquarters December 29, 2007 G'Day I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for making this a great year for FREEWILL. We hope everyone has enjoyed the different shows the band has performed for you as we work to make every show an event by changing up the set list to include songs that are forgotten gems and not just play the same set list show after show. It is amazing that after a decade of working in this band the excitement of putting on these shows is still there, and as I type this we are working on our next BIG rock show that will have the band setting up shop on the big stage of the Marquee Theatre on Saturday, January 26th, 2008. Again the reason we keep it up is the great fan response that you have given us because without your incredible feedback, I don’t think we could sustain the energy level to keep it going. You fans have also been very generous over the last couple of years by donating over 1500 pounds of canned food to the local food banks! Great Job!!! We can’t do this by ourselves, so we must thank our family and friends for helping us hold this together! Thank You Very Much!!!! Have a great holiday season and we’ll see you on Saturday, January 26th! Spageddy Lee and the Freewill Family

Good Day, With RUSH ending its successful Snakes and Arrows 2007 tour in Europe this means one thing for FREEWILL, it’s time to rock again! To celebrate we are cranking up the amplifiers and putting the finishing touches on a new show that will feature one song from each RUSH release. And not just any songs, we will be featuring the more obscure tunes for your audio enjoyment. In addition, the Tribute Band documentary “For the love of RUSH”, which was filmed at our March 16th show, is airing in Canada this weekend and we will have a special viewing of this documentary at the show, so make sure to come out early. For those of you who still need more, we will be traveling up the interstate to Flagstaff for a brew and a rock show the next night, so come on up with us and make a weekend of it! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good Day, Hope everyone had a great summer. It was a hot one in our lovely little town of Cygnus, Arizona, and this year’s RUSH concert was a scorcher! Spirits were high as we met for a few refreshments at a favorite spot before the show. We chatted with many wonderful fans including resident crazy guys Larry and Acid Bob. It was so hot that we hoped that the Band would not spontaneously combust on stage tonight ala Spinal Tap! Once we were full of cervazas and tacos we loaded up the family and headed to the shed, also known as Cricket Wireless Pavilion. This would be the fourth time RUSH had played this venue and I had wished that this tour they might play up the street at a newer indoor venue, but it was not to be. The previous R30 show was incredible so I wasn’t too worried about the sound, however at the Test for Echo show we had to politely ask the sound man to please turn up the damn guitar! Anyway, I would get the chance to see them indoors this year as my summer tour included a journey to the Mecca of Rush fans, Toronto, to see them perform at a new venue for me, the Air Canada Centre. This year my goal was to have RUSH vacation and also see some venues that I had not yet been to. This year’s tour schedule was a great one and I would be able to attend the famous Hollywood Bowl, Irvine Meadows and the Phoenix shows in the same week. (Good Times… Good Times.) Well as the Phoenix show began there was a big grin on my face witnessing a third RUSH show in five nights and realizing how lucky I was to be able to watch one of the worlds greatest music trio’s enter the limelight and go to work. Imagine ten thousand people coming and watching you do your job every other night! The lights, sound and talent of not just the band, but also a crew of maybe fifty or more people are woven together to make this a night of magic…. a RUSH concert! Then I awoke to see that blasted bloke Harry Satchel up on the screen. The week had flashed by so fast and I was sad that it was over. I proclaimed to any one listening “You don’t see that everyday!” Well maybe every other day when you’re on a magical Rush week! I have included a picture from the Red Rocks show. Enjoy! Speaking of Rush music, Freewill will be performing at 8:00pm on Friday, November 16th. We will perform at least one song from every Rush release at this show so make sure to be there early! G’Day
